Carol Harding- Practice Management Consultant & Director
Carol Harding is the Owner and Director of Aspire Medical Practice Management. She is an AAPM Fellow, an industry trainer, and accreditation co-surveyor, with over 21 years’ experience in the general practice sector.
Carol managed a large multi-site general practice for more than 11 years before establishing her consultancy business. She has supported the establishment of multiple new GP clinics, guided numerous practices through accreditation, and mentored many newer practice managers. Over the past decade, she has provided operational and strategic support to a wide range of clinics.
Carol is passionate about helping practices grow and improve, with a particular focus on quality improvement and accreditation. She works closely with teams to develop practical systems and tailored documentation, including policy and procedure manuals (including online platforms), employment documentation and business continuity plans. She is also experienced in recruiting and training support staff.
A strong advocate for education and professional development, Carol previously worked as a lead trainer, assessor, and mentor for the Certificate III in Business Administration (Medical).
Earlier in her career, Carol worked as a medical scientist and research technician, developing strong analytical and research skills that continue to support her work as a practice manager and consultant.

Trainer and Assessor- Cert III Business Management (Med).
Bookkeeping experience of over 20 years and use of Xero.
Experience implementing quality improvement processes, such as adopting innovative technologies to enhance the patient experience and improve operational efficiencies.
Proud to have been a mentor in the AAPM Mentoring Program 2017 to 2019 supporting and developing less experienced practice managers.
